Pixla products include third-party and open-source software. We are grateful to the authors of these components. This page provides the attributions and notices their licenses require. Each component remains governed by its own license; nothing here modifies those licenses.

Components used across the apps

Sparkle

• Used by: the Developer-ID-distributed apps for automatic updates — Vaporware, and the Developer-ID DMG build of Pixla Sites.
• Purpose: Software update framework.
• License: Sparkle is distributed under a permissive MIT-style license (with additional bundled components under their own permissive licenses).
• Source: https://sparkle-project.org

Apple SDK frameworks

• Used by: all apps.
• Purpose: SwiftUI, AppKit, Foundation, and related system frameworks.
• License: Used under the Apple SDK and Xcode license agreements. Not redistributed by Pixla.

Product-specific components

Vaporware

Vaporware downloads third-party database engines directly to your device, at your direction, from their official sources. These are governed by their own licenses and are not redistributed by Pixla:

• PostgreSQL — PostgreSQL License. https://www.postgresql.org
• MySQL — GPLv2 (with FOSS License Exception). https://www.mysql.com
• Redis — license varies by version (BSD-3-Clause / RSALv2 / SSPLv1). https://redis.io
• SQLite — Public Domain. https://sqlite.org

Vaporware also deploys Vapor applications; the Vapor framework and its dependencies are open source under their respective licenses. https://vapor.codes
